Canadian Stage’s annual Theatre Ball is a not-to-be-missed event. The event raises essential funds to support the work on our stages, our education and community engagement initiatives and the development of new plays, while celebrating our cities cultural champions.

Eddie is a Dora Nominee who recently starred in Canadian Stage’s Wizard of Oz holiday pantomime. Other Canadian Stage credits: Rocky Horror, (Dora Nomination). Other theatre creditsninclude: Spamalot, Music Man, Moby Dick (Stratford); Miss Saigon (Drury Lane); Joseph.... Dreamcoat (London Palladium); Spamalot, The 39 Steps, Les Miz,nIt Runs in the Family, Little Me (Drayton); Eddie has starred in over 20 shows with Ross Petty Productions (Elgin). Film & T.V. Credits include: Odd Squad, Murdoch Mysteries, The Firm. Eddie lends his voice to numerous animated series and has been the “Voice” of YTV for the past 27 years.
Performer: Julia Pulo
Julia Pulo is a multidisciplinary performer who recently starred as Dorothy in Canadian Stage’s Wizard of Oz holiday pantomime. She has worked professionally in theatre, film/TV, commercial, voice-over, and as a background vocalist at MetalWorks Studios. Select theatre credits include Anne Boleyn in SIX (Mirvish Productions), Lucy in Narnia (Bad Hats), Polly in Polly Peel (Theatre Sheridan), and Constance in Ride the Cyclone (Tweed & Co). TV/Film credits include Bakugan (SpinMaster) and Teletubbies (WildBrain/Netflix). She holds a Sheridan Honours Bachelor of Music Theatre Performance degree (graduating class of 2023).

Hailey Gillis is an award-winning actress who has performed across Canada, as well as off-Broadway. Hailey is also a New York Times ‘Critics Pick’ award winner.
