Work With Us

Come join Canada’s leading contemporary performing arts organization as we create a collision of disciplines and cultures reflecting the dynamism and complexity of Canada. Be part of a vital artistic force locally, nationally, and internationally.

Creativity - inspire, cultivate, and advocate for the creativity that is inherent in all people.

Empathy - a space for people to develop their understanding of themselves and the other.

Excellence - deliver exceptional experiences to our artists, audiences, donors, staff members, and volunteers.

Collaboration - encourage partnerships and exchange between artists, communities, art disciplines, sectors, and organizations.

Inclusivity - centralize equity and inclusion throughout the organization, on and off stage, and commit to authentically and meaningfully reflect the stories, ideas, concerns and priorities of the communities we serve.

Community - take responsibility and accountability for contributing socially, economically, and educationally to our communities.

At Canadian Stage we seek to hire individuals who share these values. We value the diversity of people and communities we serve and are committed to equity and inclusion in all our operations.
