In Raised by Women, Métis playwright and performer Keith Barker delivers an intimate, stand-up-inspired solo show that’s as funny as it is searching. With sharp wit and big heart, Keith traces his upbringing by formidable women in Northern Ontario and the complicated legacy of a father who was largely absent but never insignificant.

Moving seamlessly between laughter and reflection, this deeply personal performance finds grace in the mess, proving the funniest stories are often the most true.
